Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Dash Dental website, client portal, or any related services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into these Terms, and agree to comply with and be bound by all provisions set forth herein.

If you are accessing the platform on behalf of a dental practice, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and references to “you” shall include both you individually and that entity.

Dash Dental provides a digital platform for dental professionals to submit, track, and manage dental lab cases and orders. The platform is intended solely for licensed dental professionals and authorized staff operating within a dental practice or related healthcare setting.

You agree to use the platform only for its intended purposes, including:

• Submitting and tracking dental lab case orders
• Uploading case files, prescriptions, and related documentation
• Communicating with Dash Dental staff regarding your cases
• Accessing invoices, reports, and account information
• Reviewing available services and product offerings

To access certain features of the platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering.
• You must promptly update your account information if it changes.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You may not share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access.
• Accounts created via Google OAuth are subject to both these Terms and Google's Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security risk.

You agree not to use the Dash Dental platform to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or fraudulent
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or extract data from the platform
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Transmit any malware, viruses, or other malicious code
• Use the platform for any purpose other than legitimate dental lab case management

Violation of this Acceptable Use policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice.

All content, features, and functionality of the Dash Dental platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the overall design — are owned by Dash Dental and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform solely for its intended purposes as described in these Terms. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the platform
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the platform
• Use Dash Dental's trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent

Content you upload to the platform (such as case files and prescriptions) remains your property. By uploading content, you grant Dash Dental a limited license to use that content solely to provide the services described herein.

We strive to maintain reliable and continuous access to the Dash Dental platform. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance and system updates
• Unplanned technical issues or outages
• Third-party service disruptions (e.g., hosting, authentication providers)
• Events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance or significant changes in advance.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dash Dental and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in platform content
• Service interruptions or platform unavailability

In no event shall Dash Dental's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Dash Dental in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

Either party may terminate the account or access to the platform at any time.

• By You: You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@dash-dental.com.
• By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law.

Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — shall survive.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered users via email or an in-platform notice.

Your continued use of the Dash Dental platform after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
